As your Escrow agent, we will accept funds in Australian Dollars or acceptable foreign currency in an account domiciled in Australia with a selected Australian Authorised Deposit-Taking Institution (ADI), held in trust for the parties. This bank account will be used solely for the purpose of the escrow transactions per terms of the escrow deed.
